What do you particularly like about your apprenticeship?
I really like the atmosphere in our company, we support each other and have a good relationship. This makes my apprenticeship a place I enjoy going to.
How would you describe your apprenticeship?
My training takes me a little further every day. I can expand my knowledge, but also develop my character.
What motivates you about your apprenticeship?
The trainers always motivate me in the form of recognition or praise, which I receive for a job well done.
What do you hope to gain from your apprenticeship?
I hope to expand my knowledge, get to know the company processes and be able to work completely independently after the 2 years.
