As an office administrator, your main tasks will include processing and organizing office management tasks. Specifically, this means that you will learn how internal and external correspondence works, how to look after customers and work with suppliers. You will learn about order processing, writing invoices and monitoring incoming payments. You will also learn how to plan and monitor appointments and how to create presentations and order office supplies.
At the end of your training, you will be fit for secretarial and assistant tasks. You know how to communicate with customers and partners, are familiar with information, communication and booking systems, know the commercial processes and are familiar with all our departments.
After your training, you can work in our administration department, e.g. in customer service, logistics, marketing, HR, accounting, merchandise management or master data.
Your grades and school-leaving certificate are of course important, but your personality is much more important to us. What type of person are you? How are you feeling? Do you fit into our team?
