During my time at school, I completed an internship at the residential home in Binzen. There I got to know the tasks of a management assistant in wholesale and foreign trade management and gained my first insights into the everyday life of the profession. It was a lot of fun and sparked my interest in this apprenticeship.
I particularly like the fact that I can get to know several departments. When I join a new department, I’m assigned a department mentor, so I get great support. I always have the feeling that my wishes and concerns are taken seriously, as I always have a reliable contact person.
I would describe the training at the residential park as very varied and instructive. During your apprenticeship, you will spend several months working in many different departments with different challenges. This way you can find out where your strengths lie. You will get to know the entire process of the company.
What motivates me about my apprenticeship is that I can demonstrate and exercise my strengths and skills in the company by working independently and taking responsibility for tasks, and that these are recognized and valued. I am motivated by the fact that I will be taken on after my training.
