2014 – 2016 – Team leader bedroom department – Wohnpark Binzen
2016 – today – Furnishing consultant – Möbelmarkt Dogern

What do you particularly like about your job?

On the whole, of course, it is the different characters of the customers that I can help again and again, according to their individual wishes. This keeps the job exciting and it’s not the same every day. But I also think the independent work is great. In principle, I can choose what I do and when.

What makes the Group so special for you?

We have a lot of freedom. Of course, a certain level of performance is expected, but as an employee you should also have this expectation of yourself. I simply believe that you don’t have to feel left alone here in the company. Discussions with superiors are also always friendly and constructive.

What would you like to pass on to future employees and trainees?

No two days are the same. There are good days and bad days. But it’s only at the end that the score is settled. 😉
