What do you particularly like about your job?

The work is very varied. You have new and exciting challenges every day, it’s simply the perfect mix of customer contact and other activities. I also really appreciate the creative freedom I have within my area of responsibility.

What makes the Group so special for you?

I have been associated with the company since my childhood. At that time, I was allowed to accompany my father occasionally to the Dogern furniture store, where he has been working as sales manager for kitchens since 1998. In general, I think that we have outstanding teams at all locations, in which it is not difficult to feel comfortable. Despite the size of the company, there is a family feel and the paths for all kinds of concerns are always short.
