In this apprenticeship, we prepare you for a wide range of tasks in wholesale and foreign trade: From direct customer support and advice in our various departments to commercial areas such as merchandise management, customer service and scheduling. In this varied apprenticeship, you will be faced with small challenges from time to time, so independent action and spontaneity are required.

Do you like contact with people, are you good at talking and have a talent for sales? Then we have the perfect apprenticeship for you! During your training as a retail sales assistant, you will gain a detailed insight into the processes of our furniture store and our product range. With this knowledge, you have the best prerequisites for a successful professional future.

As an office administrator, your main tasks will include processing and organizing office management tasks. Specifically, this means that you will learn how internal and external correspondence works, how to look after customers and work with suppliers. You will learn about order processing, writing invoices and monitoring incoming payments. You will also learn how to plan and monitor appointments and how to create presentations and order office supplies.

At the end of your training, you will be fit for secretarial and assistant tasks. You know how to communicate with customers and partners, are familiar with information, communication and booking systems, know the commercial processes and are familiar with all our departments.

After your training, you can work in our administration department, e.g. in customer service, logistics, marketing, HR, accounting, merchandise management or master data.

In this two-year apprenticeship, you will learn how to successfully implement logistics solutions. This means checking, loading and transporting goods. As a warehouse specialist, your job is to accept goods of all kinds, check their quantity and condition and organize proper storage. When issuing goods, you are responsible for handing over the desired goods to our customers or ensuring that the trucks are loaded safely for our daily tours.

After successfully completing our two-year apprenticeship as a warehouse specialist, you can train as a warehouse logistics specialist in a further year of training. Among other things, you will learn how delivery and assembly tours are planned.
